AIRPORT PICKUP:
We only pickup at SFO. We will take passengers from SFO to any city
except San Francisco. Only San Francisco taxis are permitted to take
passengers from SFO to San Francisco.

AIRPORT PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS AT SFO:
Once you have arrived at the airport and proceeded to the baggage area,
please call us at 888-574-7344 so we can give you instructions on where we
will pick you up. We are allowed to pickup designated passengers at the
front of any taxi-line in SFO.

CONTACT AT PICKUP:
Drivers have cell phones and will call you when they arrive at your location.
Drivers will also call you if they are experiencing problems finding your
location or are having issues with gate entry into your complex.

NAVIGATION:
We use TomTom GPS navigation systems, computerized mapping
services, and various street maps guides to locate pickup addresses.

CONFIRMATION:
We will do confirmation calls one day prior to pickup on any scheduled
reservation exceeding 48 hours.

CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us at 888-574-7344.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is due at time of arrival at destination. Payment may be made
in cash or credit card. We do not accept checks or travelers checks.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is
no extra charge or minimum charge for using credit cards.

TOLL CHARGES:
Toll charges are not included in any flat rate price. If there are any toll
charges, they will be either $4.00 or $5.00. During rush hour, there
may be no toll charges at all.

EXTRA STOPS:
We charge $1.00 per mile for any extra stops while en route to the airport or
passenger destination from an airport pickup.

NUMBER OF PASSENGERS:
We will transport up to 3 passengers for the price of one passenger. This
makes our service much less expensive than a shuttle or airporter service.

EARLY BIRD PICKUPS:
We do not charge extra for early morning pickups. Our rates are the same
regardless of time of day.

ITEMS LEFT IN TAXI:
Black Top Taxi is not responsible for any items left in vehicles. If we find
any items after we drop you off, will we try to contact you and setup an
arrangement to return your items. You can call us at 888-574-7344 to inquire
if any items have been found. There is a charge for delivering found items
depending on distance traveled. Recommendation: Make sure when you
exit any taxi, you have all your personal belongings with you. It is easy to
get distracted when you arrive at a busy airport while rushing to catch
a plane.

PLANNING PICKUP TIME:
When planning for pickup times, allow for delays that can impact your arrival
time at the airport. Airlines now require one to three hours advance check-in.
Traffic accidents and road construction can cause delays - All it takes is one
accident to bring traffic on the freeway to a stand still. Remember, the
San Francisco Bay area has some of the most congested roads in the nation.

and can cause substantial delays in reaching your destination.
